If you decide to take part in this research, you can register your interest by completing an online expression of interest form with your details. You will be contacted by the research team to assess your eligibility.

If you are assessed as eligible to participate, you will then be asked to:

• Complete an online consent form. The research team will provide you with the online consent form or a paper consent form if you prefer. 

​

• Complete the evaluation measures at two time points, at enrolment to the study and six-months later. 

​

• Set your physical activity goals for the next 6 months with one of our health coaches.

​

All data collected will be stored in a protected database and will only be used to contact participants in relation to this research project.
