Who can join Active Women over 50?

Are you interested in joining the Active Women over 50 program?

Please answer the questions below to see if you are eligible.

Are you 50 years of age or older?
Are you female?
Do you live in the community, in New South Wales, Australia?
Has a doctor ever told you that you are not permitted to participate in physical activity due to a medical condition (eg. unstable cardiovascular disease)?
How many times a week do you usually do 25 minutes or more of VIGOROUS-intensity physical activity that makes you sweat or puff and pant? (e.g., heavy lifting, digging, jogging, aerobics, or fast bicycling).
How many times a week do you usually do 30 minutes or more of MODERATE-intensity physical activity or walking that increases your heart rate or makes you breathe harder than normal? (e.g., carrying light loads, bicycling at a regular pace, or doubles tennis).
